We ship worldwide, except for the following countries and territories: North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sevastopol, Yemen, Somalia, Russia, Belarus, Haiti, Iran and Cuba.

The delivery options available depending on your country will be offered to you before payment.

We accept the following payment methods: bank card (credit/debit), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

In accordance with Article L221-14 of the Consumer Code, this information is clearly presented to you.

We are committed to meeting the delivery times indicated when you place your order, in accordance with Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. These delivery times are specified either on the product page or when you select your delivery method, before payment.

In any case, your order will be delivered to you within a maximum of 30 days.

If this deadline is exceeded, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund. Once the request is accepted, the refund will be issued within 14 days.

In accordance with Article 8 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To do this, you can complete the withdrawal form available on this page

Once we have received your request, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., PDF by email). Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their packaging. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the compliant return.
